What's Next? Our first wines have now been bottled and are available: Raspberry Select, Cherry, Apple, N'Ice Wein, Chardonnay, Summer White, and Gewurztraminer. The first oak barrel is now full of Minnesota red wine, and should be available in 6-8 months. Champagne blends are being made, and some may be some ready for this summer's weddings and parties. The Minnesota grown grapes had the benefit of a fairly nice fall, and were harvested fully ripe in September. The white grapes are starting to be bottled now, and are tasting great! Unfortunately, there were not as many grapes as we would like, so there will be a limited supply, with Century Club members having first call on all new releases. Have you joined yet?
